At Donala, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information when using the Donala platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you directly provide when registering an account, configuring billing, or contacting customer support. This includes:

• Account Credentials: Email address, workspace organization name, and hashed password.
• Billing Information: Payments are processed securely through Paystack; Donala never stores raw card details.
• Configuration Info: Database schemas and URLs provided for connection hydration.

2. Data Storage & Ownership

Donala does not own or permanently host the databases you connect to our memory core. Your database connections operate on a read-only tokenization paradigm. The index vectors cached inside the Cadran memory partitions are strictly sandboxed and isolated per-tenant.

3. Data Security Protocols

All traffic between your model, our memory bridge, and the Cadran core is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Tenant partitions are logically isolated at the operating system memory layer.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You retain full right to data portability and deletion. You can request instant deletion of your workspace and all associated memory partition caches directly through the Nexo support widget or by submitting a support ticket. All request data is permanently wiped from memory core sectors within 1 hour.

5. Payments

Donala is a one-time purchase service. Payments cover access to the selected service and are final; we do not offer refunds. Contact support before completing a purchase if you need help choosing a plan or capability.
