By accessing or using the Donala platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Provision of Service

Donala grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our persistent memory core partitions according to the quotas defined in your selected plan tier.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Donala to process or store any memory context data that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains malicious software, viruses, or exploit packages targeting the Cadran rust backend core.

3. Limits of Liability

Donala and the Cadran open-source contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from memory context loss, database connection latency, or credential misconfiguration on the client's side.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Billing is handled monthly through Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your partition remains active until the end of the billing period, after which all cached indices are deleted.
